Payments

Payment is required at the time of securing your booking. New client payments are made via this website. Ongoing client payments can also be accepted via local bank transfer, Wise and PayPal. Pricing is available upon request.

Discounts/ Scholarships

Partially discounted scholarship places are available for many of our events and some of our services. If you have a needs-based reason for a scholarship and/or are a member of a historically marginalized community contact us to enquire about a potential discount. There are limited discount total discount slots available for people meeting one or more of the above pre-conditions. Discounts are provided for a maximum of 10 sessions.

Payment Models

Our services are available on a one-off basis, or a monthly retainer, ie. subscription basis. The cancelation policy differs for the second method. For more information about the retainer model please register your interest via WhatsApp or our form.

Cancelations

Appointments canceled or re-scheduled 48 hours or more before your appointment will be fully refunded minus third-party payment processing fees. Appointments canceled or re-scheduled between 48-24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% refund minus payment processing fees. Appointments rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment are nonrefundable.
